Atley announces first Atley C100 installation within At-211 collaboration

Gothenburg, Sweden– 16 October 2026 – Atley Solutions today announced the successful installation of the first Atley C100 module within their strategic collaboration with Perceptive Discovery focused on astatine-211 (At-211). The module has been installed at Perceptive’s Queen Mary University of London site, establishing a dedicated platform to support industry partners with pre-clinical development services for At-211 radiopharmaceuticals.

The installation represents the first deployment milestone in the collaboration announced earlier this year, under which Perceptive acquired two Atley C100 modules to expand access to At-211 radiopharmaceutical development infrastructure.

The installation at Queen Mary University of London (QMUL) site marks the first of its kind in the UK. Following the installation, the module was also used for the first time to purify At-211 from a bismuth-209 target irradiated at the University of Birmingham, UK. As part of this work, Atley provided the cold Bi-209 target to the University of Birmingham, where the target was irradiated before being shipped to QMUL. The newly installed Atley C100 module was then successfully used to purify the At-211, enabling further development work at QMUL.

Later in October, the second Atley C100 module will be installed at Perceptive’s Needham (MA) facility, marking the first installation at a commercial CRO in the UK.

A key capability milestone for At-211 pre-clinical development

The Atley C100 is designed to provide automated, standardized, and reproducible manufacturing processes for At-211 radiopharmaceuticals. By installing the modules within the collaboration, Atley and Perceptive are taking important steps toward making robust At-211 capabilities more accessible to biotech, pharmaceutical, and academic partners seeking to evaluate next-generation targeted alpha therapy candidates.

“This first installation converts our collaboration with Perceptive from a shared ambition into operational capability,” said Milton Lönnroth, Co-Founder & CEO of Atley Solutions. “By bringing the Atley C100 into Perceptive’s sites, we are not only brining our technology to the UK for the very first time, but also enabling a trusted development partner to support the industry with the infrastructure needed to work with At-211 in a standardized and scalable way. This is an important step in strengthening the At-211 ecosystem as a whole and lowering practical barriers for organizations developing targeted alpha therapy programs.”

“The installation of the first Atley C100 module is an important milestone in our collaboration with Atley,” said Benjamin Murphey, CEO of Perceptive Discovery. “Perceptive is now positioned to offer integrated pre-clinical development services for At-211, supported by Atley’s purpose-built technology and Perceptive’s established expertise in radiochemistry, in-vivo imaging, oncology models, dosimetry, assay development, and translational radiopharmaceutical workflows.”
